What happens when you lose your spiritual grounding and balance ? How do you know when you have hit this point in your spiritual path otherwise known as the dark nights of the soul ?

Thank you for this blog..I have experience this and I am aware it comes a lot from what I am personally experiencing that knock me and left me feeling empty alone angry and all kinds mix emotions. Physically I was tired and heavy. Thank you for this blog because I can identify these signs and ensure not to allow myself to repeat this steps.
