Cancellation Policy

Our policy includes only one cancellation. If you need to reschedule more than once then you will be required to pay and book again. Unless booking an Emergency Same Day Reading, all other bookings are not available for the same day. If you book for the same day you will automatically be rescheduled for the next available time slot.
